Cancellation Policy

Deposit: 30% is required to confirm the booking. Cancellations: • 7 days or more before the trip: 100% refund of the deposit. • 3–6 days before the trip: 50% refund of the deposit. • Less than 72 hours before the trip or no-shows: deposit is non-refundable. Captain cancellation (unsafe weather/boat issues): guests may choose a full refund or reschedule.
